This Privacy Policy explains how Plotspace collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our websites, applications, creative tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). It also describes the choices and rights available to you.

Our Cookie Policy provides more detail about browser storage and the cookies currently used by Plotspace.

Additional notices may apply to a particular feature, promotion, or integration. If an organization provides your Plotspace workspace, that organization may separately control account or workspace data under its own policies and agreement with you.

Depending on how you use Plotspace, we may collect:

• Account and profile data, such as your name, email address, profile image, credentials, role, preferences, and authentication identifiers.
• Creative content, such as prompts, scripts, images, video, audio, voices, music, templates, project files, generated results, and associated metadata.
• Usage and device data, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, timestamps, pages and features used, model requests, credit usage, error logs, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Transaction data, such as purchase amount, currency, credits, subscription status, checkout identifier, and payment status. Payment-card details are collected by the payment processor rather than stored by Plotspace.
• Communications, including support requests, feedback, survey responses, and messages you send to us.

We receive information directly from you, automatically from your use of the Service, and from providers that help us operate Plotspace.

If you sign in with Google or connect YouTube, we receive information authorized by the relevant permission screen, such as an account identifier, basic profile information, and tokens needed to provide the connection. If you buy credits, Stripe provides transaction and payment-status information. We may also receive data from referral, affiliate, promotion, fraud-prevention, and infrastructure partners.

To fulfill a generation, editing, analysis, transcription, voice, music, automation, or agent request, Plotspace may send the relevant prompt, uploaded media, settings, and technical identifiers to the AI model and infrastructure providers needed for that request. The provider may process this data in another country and may apply its own retention and safety rules.

Images, video, or audio may contain faces, voices, or other sensitive characteristics. We process that media to provide the feature you request, not to establish your identity. If a feature requires the creation or storage of biometric identifiers as defined by applicable law, we will provide any required separate notice and request consent before that processing.

Do not upload personal information about another person unless you have permission and a lawful basis to do so. Avoid including unnecessary confidential, health, financial, or identity information in prompts and uploads.

• provide, personalize, maintain, and support the Service;
• process prompts, media, projects, exports, and model requests;
• authenticate users and manage accounts, workspaces, and credits;
• complete purchases and maintain transaction records;
• monitor reliability, troubleshoot errors, analyze feature usage, and improve performance and user experience;
• detect fraud, abuse, prohibited content, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
• send service, security, support, and administrative messages;
• send marketing communications where permitted, with an option to opt out; and
• comply with law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where European or similar privacy law requires a legal basis, we process personal information as needed to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as securing and improving Plotspace, comply with legal obligations, and protect vital interests. We rely on consent where required, including for certain cookies, marketing, or sensitive processing. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already performed.

We may disclose relevant information to:

• AI model, compute, hosting, database, storage, rendering, email, authentication, customer-support, and security providers;
• Stripe and other payment providers that process purchases and help prevent payment fraud;
• Google when you choose Google sign-in, connect YouTube, or direct us to upload an export to YouTube;
• workspace owners or administrators when your account belongs to a managed organization;
• other users or the public when you intentionally publish, share, or collaborate on content;
• professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary for legal, compliance, safety, or security purposes; and
• a buyer, investor, successor, or adviser in connection with a financing, merger, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business.

Plotspace does not currently sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will update this policy and provide legally required choices before that practice changes.

Plotspace’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We request permissions needed for the feature you select—for example, basic account data for sign-in or permission to upload a video when you connect YouTube.

You can disconnect YouTube through Plotspace settings and can revoke Plotspace access from your Google account. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically delete information already needed for completed transactions, security, or legal records.

Plotspace uses cookies and similar local technologies needed to keep you signed in, secure authentication flows, remember interface preferences, attribute referrals, and maintain Service functionality. Disabling these technologies may prevent parts of Plotspace from working correctly.

If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising, or similar technologies, we will provide notices and consent or opt-out controls where required by law. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not governed by a uniform standard; we honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals where applicable to our practices.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Plotspace, maintain your account and projects, complete transactions, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations. Retention depends on the data’s nature, sensitivity, purpose, and applicable requirements.

You can delete individual projects and assets where that control is available. To request account deletion, contact us through the support channel available in Plotspace. Deleted data may remain temporarily in backups or restricted records and may be retained longer when required by law, security needs, an active dispute, or fraud prevention.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied request. You may also opt out of marketing using the unsubscribe link in a message. Service and security messages may still be sent.

Submit a request through the support channel available in Plotspace. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Residents of U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may request access, correction, deletion, or portability and may opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising when those practices apply. Because Plotspace does not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is presently no such data flow to opt out of.

Individuals in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland may also object to or restrict certain processing and lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority. Plotspace may process information in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards and supplementary protections for international transfers.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and protections for data in transit. No internet service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur. Keep your credentials confidential and notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.

Plotspace is not intended for anyone under 18, or under the age of legal majority where they live if higher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a minor has provided personal information improperly, contact us through Plotspace support so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Plotspace may link to or integrate with services we do not control. Their privacy policies govern their handling of information. Review those policies and permission screens before connecting an account, selecting an AI model, following a link, or sharing content with another platform.

We may update this policy as Plotspace, our providers, and privacy law evolve. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required for a material change.
